twenty one six

Here's what's been going on lately!

MKV has been finished for a little over a year now (yeesh) and I'm trundling on ahead with a new project. You can see previews and progress over on my tumblr's Borrowed Bones tag.

Of course, like many people, I used the release of The Force Awakens at the end of last year as an excuse to dive back into... well, mainly Knights of the Old Republic and its sequel. So if you're interested in silly scribble-comics about a couple of vaguely-remembered thirteen-year-old games, have I got the tumblr for you!

But I did also finally get around to watching The Clone Wars and my sister's been deep into replaying The Force Unleashed on increasingly ridiculous difficulty levels, so it's generally been a Star Wars pit around these parts.

On the non-comics, non-fanart front I've been putting all sorts of fun things up on my Society6 and Redbubble shops, so if you'd like to help me save up for new equipment and bright colours are your thing you might want to check that out.

"These Woods"

"This City"
"Guardian of Songbirds"

So that's what I've been up to!

Unfortunately, I will not be a vendor at this year's Whyte Avenue Art Walk. Apologies to my repeat visitors/tent-neighbours! Have a great time and keep cool out there! <3

And moving on

My first go at a post-Artwalk post encountered some technical difficulties.

ANYWAY

I've got to update my links one of these times because I'm now on Redbubble as well as Society6, and you can get my stuff printed on increasingly weird things. (Stickers! Mugs! DUVET COVERS! Why would you want that?)

The Art Walk was super cool, if a bit rougher than other years. I'm probably going to relocate next year! I kept tags on the whole thing over my Instagram.
I also met these excellent people, and you should take a listen to their stuff.

On the comics front, we're getting dangerously close to me actually a project. Whoa. Chapter ten going strong.

Back to work! I'll leave you with this.

Update before the busy season.

Iiiiiiit's Art Walk time again!
From July 11 to 13 I'll be set up around my usual spot in Iron Horse Park (not facing any fences, either), and I'll have a surprise for my bros from the internet. More on that later.

For now:

My shop front at Society6 is finally starting to look a little filled out! You can get my stuff pretty much anywhere in the world and printed on pretty much anything (shower curtains! SHOWER CURTAINS), and I'm slowly adding more digital art to my inventory.

Partial Sun, Well-Drained Soil.

The Sparkliest Princess Of All.
In other news, we're launching into chapter 10 of MKV and going strong. Thanks for reading, you guys! Stay tuned for more Art Walk talk soon.

Moved!

I'm finally settled into my new room and workspace, and getting back into the swing of things.
Pictured: productivity.

So, what's new?
MKV is nearing the end of its first part, I have my first tee-shirt design up on Society6 and, if you're interested, I have a fan account up on Bandcamp so you can see some of the stuff I've been listening to.

I hope you're all enjoying the beginning of winter! Don't let the looming Holiday shopping get you down!

My shop on Society6!

There's not a tremendous amount up right now, but if you have a hankering for one of my pieces printed on canvas or in a nifty frame, this is the place to go!

Stay tuned for teeshirt designs and other things. I ordered one of Society6's shirts for myself and can vouch for the quality, so I'm really looking forward to splashing my art on them.
